When disassembling and assembling the brake master cylinder, please follow the following steps:
Firstly, remove the wiring plug of the liquid level sensor, then unscrew the outer cover of the brake fluid reservoir and use a siphon to completely drain the brake fluid.
Next, separate the brake master cylinder from the infusion tube and remove the partition seal. Loosen the nut of the brake fluid reservoir again.
During the process of disassembling the brake master cylinder, please pry open the sealing ring of the infusion tube and check if there is any cracking or deformation in the reservoir. If necessary, please replace the reservoir in a timely manner. Then use lubricant free compressed air to thoroughly clean and blow dry the inside of the reservoir.
4. Finally, disconnect the reservoir from the brake pipe and successfully remove the brake master cylinder by tightening the fixing nut of the master cylinder.
